Join us for the annual Wildflower Walk at Akin Prairie! Kelly Kindscher, Senior Scientist at the Kansas Biological Survey, author of Edible Wild Plants of the Prairie and Medicinal Wild Plant of the Prairie, will lead us through the prairie, sharing knowledge along the way. You might even see the rare threatened species Mead's Milkweed! This is a free event and space is limited!
